Please note that we RARELY handle cases using contingency fee arrangements. For the rare exceptions, the maximum contingency fee that our office charges is 33%. In rare commercial litigation cases where we charge a success/bonus fee in addition to our base hourly rate, the maximum success/bonus fee that our office charges is 50%.
