Grigoras Law rarely handles cases on contingency. For the uncommon cases where a contingency or success fee applies, the maximum rates charged by the firm are set out below. Your engagement letter will confirm the specifics.

At Grigoras Law, contingency fee arrangements are uncommon. Our billing is predominantly hourly. In the rare cases where a contingency arrangement applies, or where a success or bonus fee is charged in addition to the base hourly rate, the maximum rates charged by the firm are the figures below.

The ceiling rate charged in the rare cases where a contingency fee arrangement applies. Applicable only by exception.

Charged in addition to the base hourly rate, in rare commercial litigation matters where a success or bonus fee applies.
