Contesting Regulatory Body Decisions

Each regulatory body that regulates the practice of a profession or trade by setting standards of knowledge and proficiency for practitioners of the profession has its own unique, internal mechanisms for contesting its decisions which, oftentimes, must be exhausted before further recourse is available.
